ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS
The main living space opens beneath 17-foot vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, with a suspended wooden kayak and local artwork setting a distinct, grounded tone from the moment you step inside. A new electric fireplace and designer furnishings carry that same considered feel throughout.

THE LIVING SPACES
The living room centers around an 85" 4K smart TV and a leather sectional, with a telescope by the window inviting a closer look at the forest and night sky outside. Every TV throughout the home streams in 4K, and a rolling portable TV on the main level adds flexibility for however the group wants to gather.

THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked and built for real cooking — high-end stainless appliances, a large refrigerator, and ample cabinetry and counter space. Coffee is covered three ways, with Keurig, French press, and drip all available.

The home offers four bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests.

The game room offers foosball, a custom cocktail arcade table with over 400 games, and an Infinity Game Table loaded with digital board games and classics. Two themed kids' playrooms — including a Forest Camping Playroom with fairy lights and a soft faux campfire — give younger guests a world of their own.

YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
Over 1,500 square feet of deck space holds two gas fire pits, a hammock, egg chairs, and a built-in tree swing, all framed by forest views where deer and songbirds regularly pass through. An outdoor bar and BBQ grill round out a space built for long evenings outside.

Glaze Meadow Golf Course and the resort pool are both a short walk away, and Black Butte Ranch's 23-plus miles of trails offer easy access to hiking and biking right from the property. Phalarope Lake is close by for paddleboarding and fishing, and downtown Sisters is a short drive for galleries, shops, and dining.
