ARRIVAL & FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Set in the coastal town of Gloucester, the home opens into bright, open-concept living spaces with expansive windows framing panoramic water views throughout. The setting offers a genuine year-round retreat, with direct ocean and river access right from the property's own dock.
THE LIVING SPACES
The main living room offers a 55" smart TV, a large plush sofa, and a hanging egg chair, with an open floor concept connecting naturally to the kitchen and dining area. A separate loft living space, complete with its own smart TV and sleeper sofa, gives the group an additional place to spread out.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully stocked and built for real cooking — high-end stainless appliances, a large fridge, and a generous island with ample cabinetry. A Nespresso coffee maker covers the mornings, with expansive windows keeping the water views close even while cooking.
THE SUITES
The home offers four bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests.
Bedroom 1: King bed with twin trundle, end-of-bed chairs, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Full bed, plush chair
Bedroom 3: Full bed, twin bed
Bedroom 4: Full-sized sleeper sofa, plush chair
The primary suite stands apart with its own private ensuite bathroom, while the remaining bathrooms — two upstairs, one on the main level — are shared across the rest of the home.
YOUR PRIVATE GROUNDS
The bluestone patio offers an ideal spot for taking in the panoramic water views, with the property's private dock putting both fishing and paddling right at the doorstep. Four kayaks and two inflatable paddleboards make the short trip to Wingaersheek Beach an easy one, and a full set of beach essentials — chairs, umbrellas, life vests, and towels — rounds out the experience.
THE SURROUNDING AREA
Good Harbor Beach and Stage Fort Park are both close by for classic Gloucester coastline, and the Eastern Point Lighthouse offers a notable photo stop with panoramic views. Hammond Castle Museum and the Cape Ann Museum bring real history and art to the area, and Maritime Gloucester's working harbor and aquarium make for a memorable family outing. For dinner, 1606 Restaurant & Oyster Bar and Oak & Ember are standout choices for refined waterfront dining, with Azorean, Talise, Tonno, Seaport Grille, The Franklin, and Lobstah Land rounding out a genuinely varied set of local options. For guests visiting at the right time of year, whale watching tours depart from the harbor, and the Gloucester Schooner Festival and St. Peter's Fiesta bring the town's maritime heritage to life each summer.
